We could prevent 40,000 traffic deaths in the US by setting the speed limit to 3 mph. Of course this would have huge social ramifications. We need to strike a sensible balance between saving lives and keeping society going. #COVID19

Dear Bjorn, I really appreciate your voice. What do you think about countries like Taiwan, Singapore or Faroe Islands? They had a different approach, managed to limit the # of cases & deaths and avoided a longterm lockdown.

Society isn't just closed because of rules. People are genuinely and rightfully scared. Letting people into bars and restaurants doesn't mean people will go to bars and restaurants. In addition to saving lives we need to restore confidence.
