Here most people use supermarket single use plastic bags for rubbish bags, freezer bags, etc, which eliminates need for black, blue, green, etc bin bags. Seems more eco friendly to me.

What about paper bags? Here in the US some stores (Trader Joes) use recycled paper. Also worse than plastic?
