Based on what you wrote, would that not be 1/100,000? So one hundred-thousandth of a degree? If not, then you are an order of 10 off. One ten-thousandth would be 0.0001.
They did a lot of prep work at schools over the past decades, for the majority not understand numbers and never learned critical thinking.

This would only be relevant if the purpose would be to solely cut Denmark’s emissions with no added benefits. It seems extremely unlikely that this will not spur technological innovations which would also have effects beyond the danish border though. If not then why?
