This here is why implementing current
#NuclearEnergy technology as much as possible is paramount. China are massively on board here while India are a close second it upgrading their electricity grid to nuclear. Europe & US are the only one adverse to it & yet it is the answer!!! -

Obvious! Why hasn't somebody corralled them & given them some thing useful to do, like replanting the Pennines & Peak district with mixed trees to return them to their pre-wooden ship state. Heck!! Just planting a few hundred acres of rhubarb would be a start!

"The solution" ... "The problem" ... we hear it all the time, but not very often what it means. The solution to what? What is the problem? What are we going to solve? There is no Negative trend to reverse!! There was one in the 1800s though.
