This is such a fraud. You cant innovate your way out of a tragedy of the commons. You have to price the externality. It doesnt have to hurt. You can use the money for good things like lowering other taxes. But it's the only way to do it and Lomborg doesnt get it.

Climate alarmists do use fear to juxtapose doing ANYTHING regardless of efficacy or cost with certain death. Over promising the capabilities wind/solar, which really are old technology, merely using modern materials to marginally increase conversion ratio
