I'm concerned about it from a health standpoint. We did not evolve to eat a plant-based diet. What I'd like to see is actual lab-grown meat, nutritionally equivalent to grass-fed cattle.

Most of the backlash I have seen is that it is promoted as healthy and sustainable, when in reality is neither, just more cheap, ultra processed unhealthy edible food-like product.
