There’s literally no credible reason to spend a dime reducing CO2 emissions. They’re a huge benefit to humans and the environment, and have little if any effect on the climate.
It is eye-wateringly expensive to cut net carbon emissions to zero. Although many politicians casually promise this should be the goal, few dare ask how much it will cost.
