You know very well that at any time a trend will display pauses and breaks; there is no reason for any honest person to highlight every such event. Unless their income depends on creating doubt.

Thanks for exactly making my point — that was exactly the point of my article: Climate alarmists constantly highlight short-term changes that are not trends I did a similar highlight of an unimportant pause in sea level rise, and I'm happy you agree neither are good arguments
