$924 billion/year (almost $1 trillion) is the low estimate of Paris, if all climate policies most effective (which they won't be). Paris would deliver 0.3°C by end of century. Thanks I read it all. Reason I questioned is this Lancet paper says $7.5tr globally over 30 yrs for NDCs (=‘only’ $280bn/yr) & $28-56tr over 30 yrs for 1.5°C (=$1-2tr/yr).
