Bjorn, thanks for highlighting this. It encourages more care when talking about climate change and migration. However, this seems like something that scholars and researchers need to hash out. I think the general theme is people reinforce their preconceived beliefs.

Please use the alarmism label carefully,or it dilutes the effect.I don't think the view that climate change will increase vulnerability in some areas is controversial or alarmist. But attributing it in particular cases and teasing out the level of contribution is clearly complex.
