How much has the price per kWh changed, adjusted to inflation, over the same period?
In NC, the price has increased mainly due to renewable mandates. I assume that is the case in all states with such mandates. NC cost is about 11.25c per Khr, up from about 9c a decade ago.
Why is no effect on climate chance? Why we need to reduce more if we see no use in what we did?
Even mentioning wind produced energy is discrediting this report which is otherwise good news. And look, no Federally imposed Carbon tax in the US.
With the most from base load Gas replacing coal. WIND depends depends on unrelyable chaotic climate conditions and depends on it blowing above 8 mph and less than 25 mph, they make great extinction devices for Birds, Bats and insects.
Will be on it’s way up soon unless we extend the life of current reactors and start to bring new ones on line.
