#climate costs, while you are right about the decline of relative costs? Are you both talking about the same thing? -
Severe storms and extreme weather already have a disproportionate impact on poor regions. But the biggest gains in reduced loss of life and reduced relative cost have also been in poor regions. That's likely to continue.

This is the stupidest argument ever. As climate change devastates certain areas, future damages in that specific area are bound to decrease: because there's nothing left to destroy.

The fact that you mix the damage caused by climate change with GDP is heartless on its own right: we are talking of the extinction of 60% of all species, that's what's at stake, not the fucking economy.
