And if we discovered your pipe dream of clean cheap energy what would happen? Without changing ourselves we’d quickly run into even more serious bottlenecks. New technology only kicks the can down the road. The real problem is the belief in growth and “human progress”

Thanks for the article. I have to ask: what kind of research and development are you proposing? Our entire economy relies on fossil fuels. Switching the grid to cheaper renewables is only a part of the picture. Please elaborate on specifc solutions to get behind!
