the oceans are still alkaline and to acidify does not mean with a ph less than 7. fish are the first marine vertebrates, they have lived in multitude of climate, co2 levels etc...
It's hard to keep a sense of proportion with such big scales. What IS big as a percent of GDP?

Corals are included in costs: It counts $2-49bn/yr in the report
This is only looking at costs and ignores adaptation. It is extremely unlikely acidity will ever be a net negative. Acidity feeds the primary producers that are likely helping fish populations keep up with growing demand.
