Munich RE says 2018 saw USD160BN losses from extreme weather events. If climate change brings even a small increase in these losses over time, it's hardly "nonsense", even if estimates of the scale vary. And that excludes non-weather related losses from climate change!

What is your takeaway from this graph? I'm concerned that global GDP increases will have little meaning for certain regions and groups. If the U.S. has a war with Canada, GDP would go up (right?) but no one is better off, and climate change would still do it's thing.
