Reasonable to assume all infrastructure is best suited to current climate (well-insulated houses in Helsinki, cool houses in Athens). Yes, but are those costs more or less than climate mitigation? Every human generation before us has simply adapted to climate change. We should do the same. Note only is adapting cheaper, it’s more effective.
