Bob, you really ought to check facts before you complain. The 99% is simple math from UNFCCC: Paris will in absolutely best case cut ~60GtCO₂e by 2030. What nonsense. The Paris Agreement's goal is to limit global warming to well below 2C. The current NDCs for 2025 and 2030 are only part of the implementation of Paris, not its entirety. Your claim is demonstrably false.
