All respectable economic models show dealing with climate has a cost (obviously, if action had net economic benefits right away, we would already be doing it) These costs should be weighed against the benefit of less climate damage, and that is a conversation worth having

How do you cost a species extinction? Who decides what another species existence is worth? Or do only humans matter?
Which species would die anyway even if human life ceased to exist today ? What % of global warming is natural and what is anthropogenic ?
