I did not say they were actions. I said promises of 180 nations are not just right-wing fantasies, as you called them Of course, we should study impacts of promised policies *before* they become actions – that is the way research can help us navigate smart and dumb policies

You said :"strong, global climate action of 2°C is *less* than what 180 nations have promised ". If these promises were actions, we would have noticed. These are promises, a show to entertain us. Action, actions are what we need.
