Yes, we received an email that was very vague and no further information has been provided. We also received NO warnings. And yes, we did appeal the decision on that form and have not received anything back yet. Can we please escalate this?

We can't be patient anymore. We need your urgent assistance on this please. It's ridiculous how long you are taking to get back to us on this. We received ZERO warnings, and have not done anything wrong.
