Could you explain a little why Kraken is a fraudulent exchange? Sure there may have been some "wash trading" going on, but I think that happens on most exchanges with bots trying to arbitrage and whatever.

They knowingly listed a fraudulent token, called Tether. Tether has failed to do anything stated in its own whitepaper and has failed to do the audits it has promised. Kraken also has preferential treatment for Tether, 0 trading fees.

Okay, from my point of view I thought Kraken was one of the safer exchanges, in 2014 they did a full audit and were chosen by the Mt.Gox committee to handle creditor transfers. I am absolutely no fan of Tether. But how to you know Kraken know Tether has been a fraud?

Has Tether followed their own whitepaper? Yes or no.
