I have an email from attorney representing Sacramento County claiming the Voter Registrar has no obligation to verify if a person is legally registered to vote. I am curious who's job does the County think it is to verify voter registration?

There needs to be a coordinated effort between the county registrar, DMV, USPS, and the coroners office. I still get voting materials for someone who moved away 7.5 years ago.
