Apex court does not choose. They enforce. If the parties feel that any section of the constitution is flawed, they are welcome to change it by ensuring that that they have 2/3 support in parliament. Then concourt will enforce accordingly.

In Zuma matter they didn't enforce but deviated as per Sisi pronouncement. Few are complaining in IEC matter bcos they enforced the law as it is. They bend the law the country burns. Lesson learnt i hope
