With the multiple sources bit, are you saying that if people also upload their content on twitch or dailymotion or dlive etc, their YouTube channel won't be able to be monetised? If that's the case, that's a morally wrong requirement to put on your creators.

I don't think that's the case. They just assume I've broken the rules without actually looking at my channel.

Is first the distinguishing factor: "Content uploaded somewhere else first"? If someone publishes a video on YouTube and publishes it on another video site 5 minutes later will they be struck for reused content?
