  2. IMHO learning use of hashtags is good for anyone in . It's one feature that to some extent gets past our wee Twitter bubbles. It gives readers a topic, not person, to follow, which is better for some things, and lets you reach out to others with related interests.

  8. Oh for goodnesses sakes. 1. If you're not familiar with the workings of a method, you're not ready to use it. This applies to any method, wet or dry. 2. Consider biological plausibility *somewhere* in the mix. 3. Collaborate with specialists! (Sorry, I'm getting sick of this)
