INACCURATE PROPAGANDA
Prescription pain meds cause no ODs or addicts. ILLEGAL drug users OD, r addicts.
@JAMA_current: Pain med abuse NOT determined by duration of use. Addiction genetic; addiction rate 1%.
99%: vets/seniors/disease victims need continued pain meds for QOL.

P.S. so, Loretta, if I wasn't able to obtain the prescription pain meds that help me manage my pain to a reasonable level, I wouldn't be concerned with
#QOL issues. I'd be debating life itself. I know, I lived this. So, not propaganda. Really. - Show replies

Life in the US is so shitty that people just want to escape reality even if it means death. Fix the conditions the average American endures and the problem will go away. (Hint: The Fed U3 is a lie for most of these areas hit the hardest)

If I’m being too vague hopefully this will educate: https://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing/080415/true-unemployment-rate-u6-vs-u3.asp … Fun fact: The true US Labor participation rate is oddly close to El Salvador.
