Anyone else ever get visual migraines? Every time I have one I'm fully expecting to have a stroke or lose my vision. So freaky!
Like an Aura before the actual headache and/or just an aura on it's own? I usually get a period of spreading squiggly blind patch in my vision and sometimes pins and needles down my left side on my face and arm. It's weird :V

I've only had a few but every time it's just been a colorful flashing aura. Haven't experienced the needles. How long do yours last?

Hmmm maybe like 30 mins or so? The visual thing starts as a pin prick and spreads out like a big ring until it passes out of my peripheral vision... the pins & needles just sort of spread around, usually during and after the visual aura.
