Is any other ASMR artist or YouTuber having an issue with a strangely low view count? The only person I've heard discuss it is @DonnaASMR . It's been happening for around 2 months and I worry that my content isn't reaching everyone's sub box, that's the main concern really.

Hmm possibly. I heard this happening a year ago but I wasn't affected at the time. Its such a pity because I see so many youtubers demotivated by this and its primarily YouTube's fault.
Yeah, it's been the same in the art world too with Instagram's latest changes. Why don't these sites understand that if I choose to follow someone, I want to actually see the stuff they post? XD
