I used to work around 14-16 hours a day when I started freelance just to stack enough jobs to pay rent. I've been doing that again on a job to make the deadline and oh boy I've outgrown that schedule, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone over 30. Im a meatball and I stink.
I'm 27. If you put a gun to my head and told me to work 14-16 hour days I'd tell you to shoot me.
