Man, it's pretty logical to see that anything on a paper can be fraudulent.
Anyone who says vote by mail is secure show them this..... this is in North Arlington in my district..... gee... I wonder what basement Bill thinks about this. 
This election is totally secure... we won't send SS checks in the mail but your vote? NO PROBLEM!

This is a fail-safe. If a side wins, they say the people spoke. If the same side loses, they can call the process into disrepute. It’s all a game. No one in their right mind thinks this is a “secure” way of voting.
