    “Go live in Germany or Sweden if you like democratic socialism so much” ... I have. In both. I’ll never forget how I didn’t get charged for urgent care visits in BOTH countries because they felt bad I’d have to pay out of pocket. THAT is democratic socialism.

    Lots of WeChat accounts got suspended permanently since yesterday for coronavirus posts. Many are ordinary ppl who rarely talked about politics and losing WeChat means losing all social contacts. They desperately asked Tencent to give the accounts back on Weibo.

    Whatever is currently happening in Iowa is backfiring spectacularly for the DNC establishment. Ppl are starting to smell smoke, something unprecedented must have happened for them to be taking 36 hours, and when i say unprecedented im not referring to bernie winning Iowa.

    I would say it’s bad that there was a majority vote acquittal. But worse case was a Dem (Manchin) defection without a GOP (Romney) defection. And the GOP obstructed witness testimony. So it’s not as if Trump remains unsullied. Quite the opposite.

    A problem of the Twitter/ YouTuber Era; commentators evaluate matters based on when and what pumps engagement. Trump’s approval rating now matters less than in Nov. We all knew Trump would be acquitted ... all of us. Let’s see what happens to Senate/Prez in Nov.

    I fucking told you and shame on every prominent lefty who pretended there was even a small chance this shit would work. His approval rating is a record high 49%, and now it’s gonna go up even more! Congrats.
