Sole proprietors and self employed biz can't apply for CEBA. We have to use CERB to pay for rent and nothings left for my own grocery. &CECRA only works if LL agrees to participate. Who'd take time to apply for the loan, take 25% off the rent & promise not to evict their tenant?

Just give 50% rent support directly to the small biz owners instead of having to go through with landlords. END OF PROBLEM
