    Bold move by Costco CEO Craig Jelinek: raise min wage for 180,000 employees to $16/hr. "This isn't altruism. Paying employees good wages constitutes significant competitive advantage." Costco ave wage=$24/hr. Costco has high employee retention in retail.

    Have you noticed how curious children always are? Unfortunately, we tend to lose that as adults, and I don’t know why. Curiosity is a good thing. Asking questions, seeking out feedback, and continuous only learning makes us better.
