    I agree with the Great Barrington Declaration. In fact, I signed it online calling for protection for the vulnerable but otherwise opening society to people who are not very vulnerable to covid-19.

    The War on Drugs has absolutely fueled violence in the society for decades. At the end of federal alcohol prohibition in 1933, the per capita murder rate in this nation went down for 11 consecutive years. The same thing would happen again with the end of the War on Drugs.
