The average age of the employees at my Giant Supermarket is @ 55. Kids and old people need jobs. Something is wrong with this picture.

Well maybe every politician over the age of 65 should pretend they're looking for a job in the private sector.....let's see how many of them get hired.
I'm going to say NONE, because if they could they'd have left government service a long time ago.....

Good formula there, Ron. TAKE AWAY the social security benefit that was extracted by the gov. from their paychecks their ENTIRE working lives and give them a 6.20% break (7.65% if you include Medi) on a few part-time paychecks at the very end of their careers.
