It's clever. They're covering their bases. In case the eliminating education due to CRT nonsense doesn't work plan the next target--books. If you want a docile, unquestioning audience of sheep it's a good strategy.

The Krause List being used to ban books across the USA was created by Texas Republican State Rep Matt Krause.
’s associate editor went through the 850 books on the list and "found some interesting and unsettling things."
