Some observations. The phrase “shelter in place” is beyond annoying. Right up there with “at the end of the day.” New York City Mayor de Blasio wants the military to run the city. I support that as long as they arrest de Blasio. Sorry to all my friends in California. Stay strong.

I think that phrase is the worse. Basically means they can take any crazy action they want “out of an abundance of caution”.
