- Given all the perversion that has and continues to happen in regard to priest and nuns , l think such a change would be a good move.... Religious people need to be given the option of normalcy .

Wonder if this were to happen would the married priest live in a home with their families ? Who supports them ? A lot of things would have to be considered .

The True Church (Orthodox Church) has carried on the tradition of married clergy from the time of the Apostles. Today, the Priests are supported by their parish. In some smaller parishes, the priest may have a secular job to support himself and family.
