No, making substances illegal creates a blackmarket that only criminals operate in. It's the same reason Al Capone sold alcohol during prohibition.

Totally agree. Death penalty needs to be a possibility and I don't mean sitting watching color TV at a cost to taxpayers for about $100,000 per year for decades while you file appeals.
