Indeed it does, and Democrats are trying their best to decriminalize , many drugs!

If drugs were decriminalized then there would have never been a raid & nobody would have got shot. Tell me more how decriminalization would lead to more crime. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature could easily argue out that crime would go down.
