One of the main reasons our youth is depressed and lonely is due to spending too much time on a screen. Get them off the screen and have them do more activities outside and make real friends and they will be much happier

I completely agree. Took my kids to the part last week, they swarmed the one kid with a phone and they were all watching fortnight videos on the playground. Or no one is at the park.
