This is just one of many amazing projects I had a chance to see at @OpenAI, where they’re working to ensure as many people benefit from AI as possible. This is an incredibly important mission, and I’m excited to see more of their work.

There are bots built into the game, however the complexity of the game makes anyone with competency able to defeat the most difficult built-in bots.
Vnice! Any particular reason it was Dota2, as the chosen game?
DOTA is generally considered the more macro-oriented of the big 3 MOBAs giving the AI a harder "mental" task (rather than demoing godlike mechanics we can already give to bots).
