    Grateful for the decision to reinstate the EPA’s 2012 rule limiting harmful mercury emissions—another positive step to preserve our environment and protect the health and well-being of our communities.

    The EPA says it will resume enforcement of a rule that limits power plant emissions of mercury and other pollutants. The action extends the Biden administration's efforts to reinstate environmental protections loosened under President Donald Trump.
