That's a fun term, I like it! Just to clarify, so I don't misuse this wonderful idea, what is the difference between Massively Mingleplayer and more traditional MMOs?

A traditional massively multiplayer game tries to get as many players on the screen as possible. A massively mingleplayer game specifically throttles the number of players on the screen via instancing to a design-intended number usually <20.
