@Bighugh53 @JohnFricke Ridder was drafted in the 3rd round. You don’t draft a QB in the 3rd round and not see it through once he gets a shot at starting. My guess, they bring in solid veteran as “mentor” and focus on building around Ridder. Doesn’t work out, move on next year
