I am a dem and think Obama should have got his pick in 2016... but what rule of law was changed? You mention “constantly changing the rules”.. we wrote our rules and vote them into law, which of those did republicans change for courts?

The rules/precedent they set in 2016. Yes, the laws haven’t changed, but the unwritten rules that have been used by the Senate have.
