I've been helping to TA six groups of Intro to Electrical Engineering Students and it's challenging, but incredibly rewarding I can't imagine the challenges that full time teachers go through year after year!

As a STEM major who eventually wants to run for office, I can't tell you how cool that is to hear 1. AP Stats is a big reason I was drawn to signal processing, and even now I still find myself drawing on that course material 2. I really wish we had more STEM folks in politics...
