True, but that gerrymandering has been breaking down in recent cycles. Plus, for statewide offices and the President, gerrymandering isn’t in effect.

Also think gentrification has help break down the gerrymandering. Where there used to be one Rep. farmer, is now a new suburb neighborhood of voters from the city. Look at all the surrounding areas of the major cities. Plus a nee influx of voters who moved from another state.
