A recently former Rep family member called today to tell me they voted for EVERY DEM on their TX ballot. Would’ve never imagined this could happen 4 years ago.

I feel for you. I was the only one in my family who voted for Hillary in 2016 and there were some harsh discussions and times where we didn’t talk. Trump has hurt a lot of relationships.

Not talking is pretty much where we are right now and it’s been brutal. My wife’s mom believes Trump is the second coming of Jesus Christ and my mom believes systemic racism doesn’t exist b/c powerful white folks on Fox News said so. And I have two black kids, so...yeah.
