You really have no idea how this works do you? Look up section 230. After you get someone to read it to you let us know if you understand what they did wrong.
I’m familiar with 230. Whether or not they are a publisher or a platform has been debated for some time now. In the meantime, you’re free to move to a platform that better suits you.
